🤔 I've never done yoga before. Will I look silly?
Every single person in class was once a first-timer. Our instructors come from a tradition where yoga is a gift to share, not a performance to judge. Wear comfortable clothes, bring a curious mind, and we'll handle everything else — including the mat.
🧘 Which style should I start with?
Hatha is your friend for day one — it's slow, clear, and gives you time to understand what's actually happening in each pose. Once you're comfortable breathing through a 60-minute class, Vinyasa becomes very exciting. Take the quiz below to find your match!
🤰 Is prenatal yoga safe throughout pregnancy?
Yes — and actually recommended by most OBs. Our prenatal sessions are designed specifically for each trimester, and our instructor holds specialist certification in prenatal and postnatal yoga. Always get your doctor's clearance first, and let us know your stage when you register.
🏢 Can you bring yoga to our office?
Absolutely. IndoGulf runs corporate wellness programmes at Gulf Hotel, Crowne Plaza, Radisson, and Premier Hotel — plus bespoke on-site sessions for companies across Bahrain. All our corporate classes are customised to your team size, schedule, and wellness goals.
💧 Does yoga pair well with swimming?
It's actually the perfect combination. Yoga builds the hip flexibility, shoulder mobility, and breath control that directly improve stroke efficiency in the water. Many of our members combine both disciplines and see results in the pool within weeks.
